Meet the Chef
Chef Mario is the Executive Chef at Agnes Scott College in Decatur, Georgia. His culinary journey began over 30 years ago in the kitchen. His passion for food and service inspired him to continue his education at the Art Institute of Atlanta, while honing his skills under countless notable chefs across Atlanta.
Throughout his career, Chef has exceeded expectations for a wide variety of guests, including the honor of cooking for dignitaries such as former President Jimmy Carter, the Dalai Lama and for the Olympics. In his time at Agnes Scott, he has supported the successful execution of more than 400 wedding receptions, each one prepared with the same passion for food he had the day he stepped foot on campus 25 years ago.

Whenever possible, all catering orders should be placed 14 business days prior to your event. While we make every effort to accompany last minute orders, we cannot guarantee your first-choice selections can be fulfilled.

Student Org Menu
Student Org on a tight budget? Pick and choose a la carte items available in quantities of 12 or 24. We will package your selections to be ready for pick up at your chosen time.
